We breathe on average 15 times per minute. This amounts to over 20,000 breaths, and the consumption of more than 700 grams of oxygen per day.
About 70% of all toxins in the body are released through the breath.
Without our breath we perish in as little as a few minutes. Breathing ensures not only our survival, but also defines how alive we feel.
